Update!*
Our Tiki thatch has been repaired and the
new thatch is now taking on the look of the old thatch.
The Tiki is used primarily for community
meetings and social events, but it is available for use by
all residents.
Both fans are working, along with their
lights Each fan has it's speed and light controls in a
plastic weather proof box on the north east corner post.
These are currently active from 10am to 10pm daily. If
you turn them on, please turn them off when you are
finished.
The Grill currently has not been cleaned
and tested, therefore is not working. However, we are
looking for a volunteer to clean it and set it up for use.
Please send an email to
grounds@celebrationcape.org
Lastly please clean up after yourself.
There is no trash can, so please take anything you brought
with you when you leave. Thank You!

Changes Updated
If you are considering making any
additions/changes to the EXTERIOR of your property, we have
put a new and complete guide on how you go about getting
approval for your project. Because we all bought into this
deed restricted community, we are all obliged to get
approval on exterior changes,
You'll find the complete guide
HERE!

*Hot Water Heater Cleaning*
Several residents have
had to recently replace their hot water heaters because of
corrosion and sediment build up in the tanks. It's
recommended that our tanks be drained and flushed annually.
It's a very simple procedure that you can do yourself. All
you need is a screw driver and a hose long enough to get
down your drive at least to the sidewalk.
You can see how easy
it is in this instruction video produced by Sears.
