Architectural House Changes Updated

If you are considering making any additions/changes to the EXTERIOR of your property, we have put a new and complete guide on how you go about getting approval for your project. Because we all bought into this deed restricted community, we are all obliged to get approval on exterior changes,

You'll find the complete guide HERE!

*Hot Water Heater Cleaning*

Several residents have had to recently replace their hot water heaters because of corrosion and sediment build up in the tanks. It's recommended that our tanks be drained and flushed annually.  It's a very simple procedure that you can do yourself. All you need is a screw driver and a hose long enough to get down your drive at least to the sidewalk.

You can see how easy it is in this instruction video produced by Sears.
